Somatic Vocal Healing · Foundational

The 12-Week Course

Learn the practice properly — in your own time, with live support — until you can hold it for yourself.

Your voice has carried everything you’ve felt — the first cry, the things said, the things swallowed. When feelings have nowhere to go, they don’t disappear; they settle into the body as tension, ache, grief, or a kind of static you’ve stopped noticing.

This course is twelve weeks of learning to use the most direct instrument you have — your own voice — to meet those feelings and let them move. Not to perform. To listen, and to answer.

What this is

Over twelve weeks, Jacob guides you through the full practice of Somatic Vocal Healing: how to find the sound of a feeling, how to stay with it safely, and how to work with your own nervous system so that this becomes something you can do for the rest of your life, without anyone holding your hand.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Find and sound blocked or stuck feeling, instead of managing or waiting it out.
  • Work with your nervous system rather than against it.
  • Recognise what your voice is telling you — fear, anger, grief, purpose, even older echoes.
  • Hold a safe, grounded space for sounding — first for yourself, eventually for others.
  • Keep practising on your own, for life.

The honest note

This isn’t twelve weeks of feeling wonderful. Some of it is tender. What you’re building is sturdier than a good mood: a reliable, lasting way to be with whatever you feel.

What’s included

  • 18+ hours of video across 12 modules, with guided practices throughout. Chaptered for easy navigation.
  • 12 weeks of weekly live Q&A with Jacob (1 hour each), on a rotating schedule for all timezones, with replays.
  • Lifetime access to the course materials.
  • A supportive student community to practise and share with.
  • On joining: five of Jacob’s original mantras for joy and vocal empowerment.

Who it’s for

Anyone called to meet themselves at a deep level — including early, preverbal, even prenatal things still living in the body. And, equally, professionals — therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, facilitators, bodyworkers — who want to bring this into their work.

“We honour the wisdom the body already carries, and we go gently. Healing is yours alone to do — what we can do is make it safe enough that what once felt unbearable can finally be heard, and finished.”

— Jacob
